Beachcroft Lodge is a reverse level detached house located in Carbis Bay. The living area is located on the first floor, it is an open plan living space. There are two chocolate leather sofas and an armchair seating all guests in comfort. The latest in technology is provided which includes a 40" LCD TV with Freeview, home entertainment system, Playstation 3 and iPod dock. Wireless internet is also provided. The dining area is positioned next to the kitchen area and will seat six people. The kitchen is fully fitted with an American fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser. There is a double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and everything else you would expect from a house of this quality. There is also a utility room which is separate to the kitchen, which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
There are three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom is on the first floor and is fitted with a super-king sized bed and a 26" LCD TV with Freeview. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and fitted with a king sized bed. This bedroom has wonderful sea views and its own separate living area with an LCD TV and Freeview. Bedroom three is located on the ground floor with two single beds which can be pushed together and an LCD TV with Freeview. There are three shower rooms at Beachcroft Lodge. Two are en-suites to the master bedroom and bedroom three. There is also a shower room on the ground floor situated next to bedroom two. There is a driveway outside for parking for up to three cars.
