Captiva is a two bedroom ground floor apartment located at the Sands Apartments. Captiva comfortably sleeps four (children aged 6 and over are welcome) with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large open plan living area has lovely views across the bay towards St Ives. There is a 32" flat screen tv, DVD player, free wireless broadband and remote controlled mood lighting. The dining area of Captiva is part of the open plan living accommodation and is adjacent to the kitchen. A large dining table and 4 chairs are provided for guests.
Captiva has a high quality contemporary kitchen. Appliances are by NEFF and include an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space with a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and overhead reading lights. The second bedroom of Captiva has two single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a 26" Toshiba LCD TV. The main family bathroom is fitted with a wash basin, WC and a bath with hand shower.
