Riverside is in an ideal central location on St Ives Road, Carbis Bay. Carbis Bay beach is located just a short 10 minute walk away, whilst St Ives is a 20 minute walk away. The Carbis Bay railway station is less than a 10 minute walk, perfect for the scenic ride into St Ives. There is also a bus stop a few metres away in both directions, making it ideal for guests without their own transport. Within walking distance of Riverside is a supermarket, bar and restaurants.
Riverside was originally a coach house. It has also been living quarters, a chemist and a newsagent before being converted into the offices for Carbis Bay Holidays, with the first floor being fully adapted and renovated in 2011 into a luxury two bedroom apartment. Although private parking is unavailable at Riverside, residential parking is available just a few minutes walk away.
