Sheerwater is a detached house in Lelant. It will accommodate 6 people pus infant. It includes a lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, utility room and shower room on the same level as the entrance. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, an en-suite and a family bathroom. There is also a beautiful conservatory with seating for 4 people. Sheerwater has a spacious lounge that seats 6 people where you can enjoy the 42" digital Pioneer LCD Freeview TV with DVD player. The rear garden of Sheerwater is lawned with glorious views over Hayle Estuary. The South West Costal Path runs alongside the Estuary. Just outside the conservatory there is a patio area benefiting from table and chairs with parasol, a barbecue and plenty of extra seating.
The master en-suite bedroom is on the first floor of Sheerwater and has superb views over the estuary. There is a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. An LCD TV with Freeview and hair dryer are provided. This room also has its own en suite bathroom with power shower, sink and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside tables. An LCD TV with Freeview and a hairdryer are provided. The third bedroom of Sheerwater has a zip and link beds, bedside table and chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. As standard the beds are singles, if you require this as a double room please select the 'zip and link' option when booking. The driveway to the front of Sheerwater has room for three cars.
