For entertainment there is a wall mounted 50" LCD TV with surround sound, full Sky package, DVD player and a Nintendo Wii. The dining area is furnished with a glass table and chairs. The kitchen benefits from integral microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge and freezer. There is a separate utility room off the hallway with a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.
